Treatments
How do I know which treatment I need?
Your dentist will examine your teeth and gums, and may recommend X-rays, before explaining the options that may suit you. You are welcome to ask questions and take time to decide.
Will I need more than one visit?
Some treatments, such as checkups and many cleanings, are done in a single visit. Others, such as root canal treatment, crowns, implants and smile makeovers, usually need several visits. Your dentist will explain the likely number of visits.
Can I get a second opinion or discuss alternatives?
Yes. Your dentist will explain the reasonable alternatives, including what may happen if you choose to wait, so that you can make an informed choice.
How long will my treatment last?
This depends on the treatment, your oral health and how well the area is cared for. Results vary, and no dental treatment can be guaranteed to last forever. Regular checkups help.
Comfort & safety
Will treatment hurt?
Local anaesthetic is used to keep you comfortable during procedures that need it. You may feel pressure or vibration. Let your dentist know at any time if you feel discomfort, and some tenderness afterwards can be normal.
I feel anxious about visiting the dentist. What can I do?
Dental anxiety is common. Let the team know when you book and tell the dentist at the start of your visit. You can agree a signal, such as raising your hand, to pause at any time.
Should I tell the dentist about my medical conditions and medicines?
Yes, always. Conditions such as diabetes, heart problems or pregnancy, and medicines such as blood thinners, can affect dental treatment. Your dentist will take these into account when planning your care.
What should I do in a dental emergency?
If you have facial swelling that is spreading, difficulty breathing or swallowing, a fever, or a facial injury, seek urgent medical care at the nearest hospital straight away. For other urgent dental problems, call +91 98881 24232 to check availability, as emergency arrangements need to be confirmed with the clinic.
Children & families
When should my child first see a dentist?
Common paediatric dental guidance recommends a first visit by the first birthday, or within six months of the first tooth appearing. Early visits are usually short and gentle.
Can I stay with my child during the appointment?
Young children can often sit on a parent's lap for a checkup. Please call +91 98881 24232 to confirm arrangements for accompanying your child.
How much toothpaste should my child use?
A smear of fluoride toothpaste is commonly recommended for children under three, and a pea-sized amount for children aged three to six. Your dentist can advise what suits your child.
Can the whole family book appointments together?
Please call +91 98881 24232 to ask about booking appointments for several family members on the same day.
Costs & payments
How much does treatment cost?
Costs depend on the treatment you need, which can only be decided after an examination. Your dentist will discuss the plan with you before treatment begins. For information on consultation fees, please call +91 98881 24232.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Please call the clinic on +91 98881 24232 to confirm which payment methods are currently accepted.
